TrustyDigits provides KYC (Know Your Customer) verification services, including but not limited to NIN (National Identification Number) verification, BVN (Bank Verification Number) verification, and related identity verification solutions. Our platform enables businesses to verify the identity of their customers through secure API integrations and a web-based dashboard.
To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Each verification request submitted through our platform is subject to our pricing as displayed on our Pricing page. Prices may be updated from time to time with prior notice.
Payments for verification services are processed through our designated payment partners. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of our payment partners. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Users may fund their account wallets to pre-pay for verification services. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Access to our API is subject to rate limits and usage guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access for users who exceed reasonable usage limits or violate our API terms.
API keys are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all API requests made using your keys.
Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.

TrustyDigits provides verification services based on data obtained from official government and financial databases. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of verification results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific verification service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by TrustyDigits or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or at your request. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law.
